2023 1st Grade ABA Form Parachute Activity

One of the things we learn about in first grade is how to identify songs in ABA form. It's where the beginning of the song sounds just like the end, with something different in the middle. The students will tell you that ABA form is just like an Oreo cookie! We even ate Oreo cookies this year in music class when we learned about ABA form. Recently we listened to a song in ABA form and participated through movement with a parachute. The students had a great time! You can view our parachute activity below.
